Major General (Rtd) Nicholas Peter Andoh – Chairman

Major General Andoh is the Chairman of the Leverage Board of Directors. He is currently the Ghana Ambassador to Türkiye.

Prior to this role, he was the Chief of Staff – General Headquarters of the Ghana Armed Forces, the Director General of Defense Industries Department, the Army Secretary, Chief of Military Personnel Officer and Ghanaian contingent commander of the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon. General in his military carrier has also served as an Assistant Chief of staff, Operations and Training at the Headquarters. He was a Commanding Officer of the Jungle Warfare School of the Ghana Armed forces from February 2008 to July 2011.

General has also served as an instructor at the Ghana Military Academy. His personal and professional experience makes him believe and ensure order and respect for all at all times.

General holds an MPhil in Finance and BSc Banking & Finance from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Diploma in Management Accounting from the Amedu-Bello University Kaduna, Nigeria. He has a Certificate in International Defense Resources Management from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Monterey, California, USA, and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the Cranfield University – UK.

He was appointed to the Board in 2017.
