Bernard is the Head of Department, Finance and Treasury at Leverage Microfinance Co. Ltd.  He has over 10 years of experience in Auditing, Accountancy, Finance and Taxation. 

Prior to his role as the Head of Department, Finance and Treasury, Bernard was the Unit Head, Finance and Treasury at Leverage.

Bernard started his career as an Audit Senior and rose through the ranks with hard work to become a Deputy Audit Manager at various Accounting Firms and financial institutions where he was exposed to numerous accounting systems and financial operations. He also possess strong analytical skills capable of assessing conditions and implementing appropriate intervention.

He believes in accountability, objectivity, integrity and respect for all. 

Bernard is a Chartered Certified Accountant who has also chartered in Taxation. 

He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a BA (Hons.) in Philosophy and Religion from the University of Ghana, Legon.
