Clay is the Unit Head for Credit and General Operations at Leverage Microfinance Co. Ltd. He has over 10 years experience in the Banking Industry, spanning from Customer Service, Credit Administration, Relationship and Account Management. 

Prior to his role as Unit Head for Credit and General Operations, He was the Unit Manager for Credit. Clay started his banking career as a Customer Service Officer and rose through the ranks with hard work to become a Credit Officer, Relationship and Branch Manager at various financial institutions he worked with over the years.

He believes in working hard as a team, objectivity and integrity.

Clay holds an MSc in Engineering and Project Management from the Ghana Technology University College, Ghana and also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration (Banking and Finance) from the Valley View University.
