Gilbert is a Director of the Leverage Board. He has over 15 years’ experience in the areas of Corporate Governance, Banking and Finance, Product Development, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Restructuring, Credit Management in the Financial Services Industry.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Leverage Microfinance Co. Ltd. leading the Senior Management in Policy Formulation, Corporate Policy Implementation, Corporate Strategic Direction, etc.

He believes in order, respect for all, team work and integrity.

Gilbert holds an MBA (General Management) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and BSc Administration (Marketing Option) from the Central University College. He also holds a Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK III).
