Maame Sarpong is an astute lawyer by profession, currently an Associate at G.A. Sarpong & Co Chambers. She is also a Lecturer at the Law faculty of the Wisconsin University.

She obtained her LLM in Environmental Law from the University of Dundee, Scotland after obtaining an LLB from the University of Ghana. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Political science from the University of Ghana Legon. She was called to the Ghana Bar, after being adjourned the Best Student in Law of Evidence.
