Francisca is currently the Unit Manager Compliance and Legal for Leverage Microfinance Limited Company. 

She has over 7 years experience in the Financial Sector. 

Prior to her current role, She was the Legal and Compliance Officer for Leverage Microfinance. She rose through the ranks through hard work from Customer Service Officer, Sales Coordinator, Communication and Branding Officer and Banking Operations Supervisor.

Her expertise ranges from Banking Operations, Public Relations, Customer Service Communication and Branding as well as Compliance and Legal.

She believes in respect for all, integrity and teamwork.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Central University and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies (Public Relations Option) from the Ghana Institute of Journalism (also known as University of Media, Arts and Communication – UniMAC).

Francisca holds an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Management and Diploma in Journalism from Central University.  She also holds a certificate in Financial Crime Investigations and Fraud Management.
