Dr. Sokpor is a Director at Leverage Microfinance Company Limited and the Executive Director for Advisory at Deon & Noed International (DNI). Prior to this, she worked with Barclays Bank Ghana Limited, Corporate Initiative Ghana (CIG) – organizers of Ghana Banking Awards and other reputable institutions. She is also an Ordained Minister of the gospel at The Lord’s Pentecostal Church International.

She had her first and second degrees from the University of Ghana and the Central University College, Ghana (CUC) respectively. She is a member of Ghana Institute of Human Resource Practitioners and had her PhD in Human Resource Management at Capella University, USA.  

Dr. Sokpor is a Human Resource Management Specialist. She has passion and experience in Strategic HR Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training, a sound awareness of team dynamics, motivational skills and a strong commitment to providing superior quality customer focused services. She also possess’ strong leadership, planning, organizing and supervisory skills gained from involvement in managing and leading various teams.

She has been involved in providing reward /compensation management advisory services as part of organizational review engagements. Her experience in organizational reviews is wide and diverse having undertaken assignments on behalf of clients, operating in various sectors including educational and financial institutions. She is also a trained counselor in career choice, premarital Christian counseling and a motivational speaker on selected professional, social and religious issues.
